Our story

Built in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, for how businesses actually work.

DocTracker started as an internal tool for a Port Harcourt, Nigeria consulting firm that was drowning in spreadsheets, email attachments, and physical filing cabinets. Every document had a version somewhere — the trouble was knowing which one, and who had touched it last.

We rebuilt that tool from the ground up into a platform any organization could run on: upload once, track every change, and know exactly where a document stands at any moment — without chasing anyone down for an update.

Today, DocTracker helps companies across Nigeria keep their records complete, current, and provable — whether that's for a regulator, an auditor, or their own peace of mind.
